Group Runs Every Tuesday AND Thursday
Every Tuesday is an open invitation fo ryou to show us your "Fast". We have runners from all walks of life and abilities come out for 2, 3, 5 and 8+ mile runs. Meet at the store between 6:15pm and 6:30pm. We start promply at 6:30 and wind through beautiful North Wales. The routes change with the seasons so come out and train with us! Abilities are anywhere between 6:00/mile to 10:00/mile paces. We're sure to have someone running at your pace!

Running Class for Beginners
Interested in starting a running program or training for your first 5k? This class is designed to help you run your first 5K. It will teach you proper running mechanics, breathing techniques, strength exercises, stretching exercises, and much more! Instruction will be every Saturday morning at 9am, and your workouts for the week will be given to you after each run. Class members will receive discounts on store merchandise, free North Wales Running Company Technical TShirts, running related goodies, and personalized attention. This isn't a cookie cutter, chain store running program. This is designed to meet the individual's needs and improve running technique and efficiency. The North Wales Running Company's expert coaches will help guide you at your pace and with your goals in mind. Your improvement is our number one priority!
Ambler Area Running Club
The purpose of the Ambler Area Running Club is to develop and promote local running and racing, to provide running-related information and social activities, and to enhance training opportunities in a supportive atmosphere for runners of all abilities. AARC provides these activities in a way that promotes the well-being of the community.
Show Us your FAST!
When we were doing construction on the store before opening, the gag tagline All Kinds of Fast was born out of sliiiiiightly modifying a Daub Hardware sign advertising All Kinds of Fasteners. It became All Kinds of Fast and went up in the window. By the end of that day, however, we adopted our little joke as our mission. The North Wales Running Company is here to serve you. We are here for all kinds of fast, from beginners to land speed record holders. From walkers, to triathletes to people in physical therapy and ultramarathoners. You are our community and we want to help all types of athletes and people. We are interested in meeting all of our customer's needs as they begin a fitness program or train for a state title. We are here for you and want to do our part to help you along with all of your endeavors! We love seeing all kinds of runners and walkers out at the races or around town rocking NWRC shirts.
