Runners & Rollers - Foam Rolling 101 - North Wales
Have you heard about foam rolling but don't exactly know what it is? Maybe you have a foam roller at home that your kids and dog use more than you do. Now is the time to learn how to foam roll properly during the Runners and Rollers class at North Wales Running Company! Coach Jen Alderfer will go through using the foam roller for self-myofascial release techniques, stretching, strengthening, warmups, and cool downs. You'll also learn how daily maintenance can enhance your running and keep you injury free! This one day seminar will be offered at $10 per person (or $40 per person with Trigger Point Grid foam roller included) on January 26th from 8am - 9:30am. Payment can be made with cash or check at the start of the seminar on January 26th.
