Spring 2019 Run Classes - Beginner & Intermediate
Find Your Fast with North Wales Running Company's run classes this spring!
Come train with coaches Jen Alderfer, Mary Yeh, and Jaime Wilson during the Spring Run Classes at North Wales Running Company! Classes for beginner and intermediate runners begin on April 6th at 8 am and continue through June 1st (no class May 25th). These coach led classes will help you get stronger, build confidence, and stay injury free! The beginner's level is for those just starting and includes run/walk interval training and the intermediate level works on building strength and stamina for over a 5k distance. Both classes focus on proper warmup, cool down, proper form, strength and core training, stretching, and fueling.
Class fee - $100 cash/check.
