Spring 2019 Run Classes - Beginner & Intermediate
Find Your Fast with North Wales Running Company's run classes this spring!
Come train with coaches Jen Alderfer, Mary Yeh, and Jaime Wilson during the Spring Run Classes at North Wales Running Company! Classes for beginner and intermediate runners begin on April 6th at 8 am and continue through June 1st (no class May 25th). These coach led classes will help you get stronger, build confidence, and stay injury free!

Join us on Tuesday, April 9th to hear Rebecca Manton PT, DPT from ATI Physical Therapy offer tips on training modifications and exercises to help combat those nagging overuse injuries.
